This necklace features a handcrafted solid silver chakra pendant symbolizing the Muladhara Root Chakra. The chakras are an ancient symbolic system originally recorded in the Vedas and Upanishads—ancient texts from some of the earliest writings found in India and Nepal. Each chakra corresponds to a different location in the body, starting with the Muladhara (root) at the base of the spine. This first chakra governs our sense of security, survival, and grounding connection to the earth.
Created from recycled pure silver. Hand forged and hammered with a small ring attached for stringing. Next, the pendant charm features a deep red garnet gemstone, set in 925 sterling silver with a small silver bead cap. These handcrafted pendants hang from a 2mm sterling silver bead chain with a ball and socket closure.Â
