How fast will I get my jewelry?
I aim to ship same day, but always within one business day. Made-to-order pieces usually ship in 3–5 business days. From there, delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose—standard ground usually takes 5–7 days after it ships, and priority runs 3–5 days on average.
What if I'm not happy with my order?

Is your jewelry actually real silver? I have sensitive skin.
Yes, it is. Every listing tells you exactly what metals are in it. My silver is either fine silver (99.9%) or sterling (92.5%)—no shortcuts there. Ear wires are always handcrafted sterling silver too, because that matters.
