Do you ship internationally, and what is the cost?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. The cost of shipping varies based on the specific item and your location. International shipping prices range between $13.90 and $24.90. For inquiries regarding international shipping costs, kindly get in touch with us.


Who makes the jewelry here?
I personally handcraft every piece of jewelry that is sold. Each necklace, bracelet, and earring set is meticulously created by me. There are no employees involved in the process.


How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
The time required for creation and delivery depends on the existing order queue. On average, most items will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Please anticipate longer delivery times, particularly during the months of November and December, which tend to be our busiest months.


If I'm not happy, can I return it?
Certainly. Items that have not been personalized, damaged, or worn can be returned within 10 days of purchase. For more comprehensive information on our return policy, please refer to our policy page.


I misplaced one earring from a pair you crafted for me. Can I request a replacement for just one earring? Absolutely! Kindly send me the remaining earring via mail so that I can create a matching replacement. You will only be charged for the new earring.

My jewelry looks dirty. How can I restore it to the way it was when I bought it?
Sunshine brand polishing cloths are the best way to clean your tarnished silver, copper, brass and bronze jewelry. You can purchase these at most bead stores locally or online. If you have jewelry with a brushed finish, you may use a super fine steel wool. Be sure to rinse after to remove any loose wool from the jewelry. And dry completely.


I have metal sensitivity. Is your jewelry real silver?
All my listings will state exactly what metals are used. My silver jewelry will either be pure fine silver (99.9%) or sterling silver (92.5%). My ear wires are always handcrafted from genuine sterling silver.


Do you do custom orders?
I will customize just about any of the designs you see on my site past or present. I am not doing new custom orders or working one on one with clients to create new designs. If you see a design on my site and want to customize it by adding a charm or making small changes please contact me and we can work out the details.
