Every piece at Cindy's Art & Soul is made by me, by hand, in my Pacific Northwest studio. There are no employees, just me.
Because each piece is handmade, no two are exactly alike. Small variations are part of what makes your jewelry one of a kind.
All artwork, photos, beads, and written content on this site belong to me, Cindy Pack. Please don't copy or reuse them without my written permission.
Some pieces are made to order and usually ship in 3 to 5 business days.
I'm not taking custom orders right now. If something on my site catches your eye and you have a question about it, reach out. I'm happy to help.
I aim to ship the same day, and always within one business day. Made-to-order pieces ship in 3 to 5 business days.
All orders ship through USPS with tracking. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose:
I ship to the address entered at checkout, so please double check it before you pay. If you need it sent somewhere else, contact me and we'll sort it out.
I ship internationally by request. Costs usually run $25 to $55 depending on your location and order. Contact me with where you are and what you'd like, and I'll send you an exact quote.
International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
I want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Holiday orders: Christmas orders placed between 11/25 and 12/25 can be returned through January 31st.
Email me at cindysartandsoul dot com for return instructions. Please contact me before sending anything back, since packages without approval can't be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and I recommend insuring the package for the full amount. I'm not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to me.
Personalized, made-to-order, and wholesale items are final sale. Hand-stamped letters may be a little uneven. That's the nature of stamping by hand, and it isn't considered a defect.
Returned items in perfect, unworn condition can be exchanged or refunded as store credit. Store credit must be used within [TIME FRAME]. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
All orders are paid in full before shipping. I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
