Please note that policies can and will change at any time.

Many bracelets, necklaces, earrings and rings can be customized and are made to order. Your wait time depends on how many orders are already in place.
Please contact me for a shipping time line estimate. Usual lead time is approximately 7 to 10 days (*unless otherwise indicated) for custom, made to order jewelry.

Every piece of jewelry here at Cindy's Art & Soul has been handcrafted by me by hand in my studio. I do not have employees for any aspect of my business. This means you will receive a personalized, unique piece of jewelry you wont find anywhere else. Each and every piece of jewelry I sell is handcrafted with care and with loving intent.

Because of the unique nature of creating hand crafted jewelry, and although I may sometimes try, I cannot guarantee that any two pieces will be exactly alike.

I greatly appreciate all my customers and will do everything in my power to create a pleasurable shopping experience for you!

If your new jewelry or other item does not meet your expectations please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item. If you don't contact me within this time frame, I will know that you are happy with your purchase and I will be happy because you liking and are enjoying it. 

Please contact me at hello @ cindysartandsoul dot com to receive a return authorization number and instructions for return. If you return an item without a return number, your package will not be accepted. I do not accept COD deliveries. For your protection, I recommend that you insure the package for the full purchase amount. Cindy's Art & Soul is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. 

All returns/exchanges must be shipped back in new, unworn condition, with all of the original packaging material and gift packaging within a reasonable time frame. All shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All items are shipped via USPS Mail with delivery confirmation for a single flat rate. (US customers only) I ship to the US and Canada at this time. I will ship to the payment address only. If it's incorrect, please make any changes you need to before you pay so that I have the correct address. Exceptions about shipping to another address are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All jewelry must be paid for before shipping. Custom orders must be paid in full before any work begins. I accept all major credit cards and Paypal for payment. No cash or checks will be accepted as of October 2014.
