This handmade bracelet features an eclectic array of elements. The red glass beads are US artisan made lamp work.
Each one is unique and has a sort of organic looking shape. These beads are all wrapped in a 18 gauge sterling
silver wire. And then each beaded link is connected with a thick sterling silver jump ring.
On one side of the bracelet is a section of sterling silver chains. Each one is different and adds a fun and unique
style to this piece.
At the center of the bracelet, I have places a hand fused and forged fine silver ring. This ring has an oval shape
with a circle or dotted texture. I love adding these rings in my jewelry designs as it breaks up the "sameness" of
having all one bead or pattern to a style. I prefer a mixed, eclectic look to my jewelry and this bracelet really shows that.
Next to the dotted silver ring is a round sterling silver charm. The solid silver charm has a reticulated finish.
This interesting texture comes from heating the metal surface till it just begins to melt. The silver moves around
a bit and then it is quenched into a cold bath of water. This technique results in a unique and one of a kind charm.
The clasp on this bracelet is a sterling silver dolphin playing up the nautical sea theme of this unique piece of jewelry. The clasp hooks into a sterling silver extension chain.
